Why was the Fundamental Women’s Hormones Course born?
I created this course out of my love to learn, my love to teach, from my own hormone journey & my fascination with the human body, specifically the female body.
I would never have imagined 13 years ago that I would be experiencing pain free periods, have clear skin or that I’d LOVE my period. In my eyes, my period was a curse. It was the curse of being a woman. I used to whisper about my period like it was some dirty little secret I had. My cramps crippled me.
When I moved to the mountains in November 2011, I had no idea that was the beginning of my own hormone journey. Over time, my cramps got better. Over time, my face cleared up. Over time, I learned to love my period.
In the Fundamental Women’s Hormones Course I have taken all my own personal experiences since my journey started, concepts I learned when I did my holistic nutritionist studies & books/podcasts/masterclasses I’ve dived into out of my own curiosity. I’ve poured my heart & all the knowledge I have into this course for you. It was first run as a group coaching container but after I ran that container I realized I had SO much more information to share. This was why I created the course. I also created it so that it was more digestible for women.
